I wear this shoe every day. Blends in with wardrobe. Lightweight, stays clean looking. I believe this shoe saved a toe. The soft lining and outer material completely elminiated wounds from rubbing.Would love to see it in a tie model. The velcro straps tend to curl at the ends which draws attention to the feet far more than the shoe itself. I'm sold on this shoe ... ordering another pair today.

Since I required foot surgery, I have required special shoes which I purchased from orthotic shop.I now can get the same brand, style and size from the internet at a significant savings in price and convience.

I bought these shoes to see if they provide pressure relief in order to prevent skin break downs. I just got them January 2009. after wearing them for about 8 hrs a day for a week, there are no signs of redness especially near the major tendon behind the ankle above the heel and the ankle bone “ball”. PLUS, very easy to strap on an off.

I bought this shoe to replace the same shoe I bought 3 years ago. Where I work, the floor gets slippery and this is the best shoe I have found. It keeps me safe.It lasts and is worth every penny! Wears this shoe: At work

I wear many different types of comfort shoes and many are quite good for awhile but eventually I have to get new ones. I decided to try these after seeing the reviews. My feet have changed due to a variety of reasons so I was going up one size, unsure that would work correctly but it did. This Lenex Walker was excellent right from the box. The heel could be a smidge tighter, but that's always true for me and it doesn't slip enough for me to notice compared to many shoes I have gotten, so it's not a problem. The arch is well supported without rolling the foot to the outside (often a problem for me). It allows my toes to breathe and move better than many shoes and the whole shoe just feels very supportive and stable. I had a podiatrist appointment the day after I received these and the podiatrist was very positively impressed with this shoe too. My only negative comment is since I have to wear them to work I wish the labeling wasn't in such an unnecessarily glaring white on the tongue of the shoe and within a day something had nicked a tiny tear into the finish on the toe. My mom tried them on and oohed and aahed at their fit on her own feet! This is a very good shoe! Wears this shoe: All day.

I bought this shoe because of the reviews. Do not size up, only size up if you need extra width for ankle braces, I sized up and had to return them for a smaller size but stayed with the XX wide, should have stayed with my regular size 10,5 W, I will no longer use reviews for sizing, most people do not want to admit that they need a larger size and this causes a lot of problems with people who take them at their word. From now on I will order my normal size. This shoe is a very good shoe for people with feet problems. Wears this shoe: around the house, and shopping

I own a small restaurant and am there 80 hours a week on my feet. I recently had bunion surgery and my already wide foot ended up needing an extra wide shoe. This is a nice extra wide shoe that will suit most people well. The shoe sole is somewhat hard and unforgiving so that if you are on your feet all day they become a little uncomfortable. Wears this shoe: 14 hours a day at work, six days a week.

The shoe laces were too short and I had to buy a longer pair. But the shoes are great. I have plantar faciitis and they have helped a lot.Wears this shoe: All the time.

I have every foot problem known to man, bunions, fasciitis, flat feet, neromas, these shoes make it so I can work and earn a paycheck. I have tried everything short of surgery and I wish I had tried these before all the orthotics, inserts, hundreds of pairs of shoes etc.

My feet were severely injured in an auto accident. Aetrex walkers were recommended to me by the company that makes my orthodics. I am very pleased with the comfort and fit of this shoe. Wears this shoe: daily

This was a replacement for a pair of the same shoe I had purchased 1 1/2 years ago. I loved the shoes, but wore them out. I was very happy to find another pair. Wears this shoe: Work - I'm on my feet all day

This is my second pair of Aetrex. I bought the most recent pair in black. The black ones actually fit better than the white. I have a narrow heal and had to add an insole to the white but the black fit perfect. You can't go wrong with this shoe especially with troublesome feet. Wears this shoe: Shopping
