I purchased these boots in brown and they run true to size. I am 5'4 & they hit just at my knee. I think they are very well made and very cute. My favorite part is the lacing detail at back & the side buckles. I ordered my original size & had enough room to wear a thick pair of socks too. I have average size calves & the boots were a little snug around my leg but I can still wear skinny jeans with them. I am definitely keeping these! They do not fall down and have that already scrunched look to them which is not too much, just perfect :) They smell like real leather. I got these during the shoe sale & purchased them for a great price. Hope this helps!

These boots are amazing! A little bit riding boot, a little bit biker boot, LOTS of attitude. They fit great, true to size, but a little more snug in the calf that they appeared to be (I have a thin-to-average calf). Still, leggings and skinnies fit inside. I got them in brown and they are a gorgeous rich color with a great patina, less shiny and a little darker than the photo. Love them!

I've waited very long for a pair of gladiators that really work for me. With these, the brass grommets and the ankle strap are perfect. Note that there is no arch support, so you may want to put a hidden insert. I love them! Wears this shoe: Going out, shopping
