The Dakine Mission Photo is a very complete and usable backpack/camera case. The way you can take out the case from the main compartment is very nice if you plan on doing long outings and need to carry other things. I have been telling all my other photography interested friends about how convenient it is. The cons only 1- there is no quick way of getting your camera when its packed away, but if your like me a photo its a normal thing to take your time to set it up, or you can just carry your camera in your hand an have all the lenses in the pack. All in all in all its an awesome case.

As comfortable on an easy stroll as skiing chutes! I toted this bag through airports, hotels, and down some of the most challenging off piste chutes Europe has to offer. I pack a professional Canon setup, so I am careful about protecting it. Skiing this kind of terrain does not come without perils... the bag pulled through like a champ and so did the camera! The snowboard carrier was great especially on those long hikes to the hard to reach peaks! Thrash away... you'll tear up before it will.

This pack is def. worth the money. The inside camera pack is perfect for slr's and the movable dividers are great. I have other Dakine luggage and can say that I am very pleased with this addition. Plenty of room in the front pocket for a laptop so you can check your photos out on the run. overall this bag can't be beat for the price.

The only reason that I gave it a four is that I really want a side pocket on the hip straps. But aside from that, I love the fact that you can take out the camera block. I can use this to carry my photo gear and skis at the same time, and I can take the block out and use it as a backpack.

About the Dakine Photo bags... Your live chat was such a great help. I was trying to decided between two of the Dakine photo bags, and the person I spoke to was such a great help on telling me the difference between the two bags. To make my decision upon ordering one of them. Thank you!

This is definitely a man's bag. I am 105lbs and 5'4 and this bag felt bigger then me. I shoot on the hill a lot and always worry about keeping my gear safe. I will just opt for the Dakine Block instead but if you are a big fellow this pack will rock your world.

I have not taken the bag up the slopes yet but from normal use, it seems to fit the bill. Holds all my gear and then some. Really great bag and comfortable to use.

I have been looking for a good all around backpack that can carry all my camera gear, but is not gigantic. This pack fit the bill and I am glad to have it.
