I bought its yesterday and just love the fit. Doesnt leave any gap at the waist and is comfortable.

I needed a pair of comfy, easy to care for "sweat" pants that I could wear in public. These certainly fit the bill. Not only do they fit well, they look good, and paired with the right shirt, could pass for black dress pants.I originally purchased these pants to wear after a hip replacement, knowing that my hip would need ample room. These fit great before my surgery and were perfect post-op and super comfy - I was able to lounge around during healing, wear them to the grocery store and not feel like a bum and sleep in them. They have stretched a little bit, but like a pair of jeans, washing them puts them back to size. One draw back - if you have a pet, you will take your pet's hair wherever you go! Keep a lint roller handy. All in all, I love these pants and am happy I got them.

These Izzi pants are my new best friend. Now that winter has finally decided to really arrive here in VT I find myself reaching for these more often than I should (gotta get another pair in another color - actually one in every color!). On brutally cold days I wear these with Ibex long janes, but otherwise these keep me toasty warm on the walk to the office and still leave me comfortable and not overheating while in the office! A real lifesaver - comfort and fashion finally meet and get along together. Keep 'em coming Ibex!!!!

I love these pants! So much so I actually am on here to buy the grey which will make collection complete in all three colors. I got my first pair of these about two years ago and wore holes in them because I couldn't stay out of them. However, when I got two new pairs I was saddened to see that something happened to the length. I am 5'10" and was elated that I finally found a pair of pants that were long enough but the new ones are significantly shorter than my old pair. Since I don't dry these pants I am able to stretch a bit of length but was still sad to see them shrink in length. But, obviously won't deter from buying them in the future.

I looked at the reviews for these pants carefully before buying and found that all the good stuff people are saying is true. Comfortable, flattering, warm. I'll use these for just about everything--lounging, nights out, work, and as a mid-layer between wool long-johns and a windproof layer for winter camping and ice fishing. It doesn't get much more versatile than that. The very first time I put them on my boyfriend said "those look nice" when he got a look at my butt. He isn't one for gratuitous flattery so that counts for something! They hug the hips and drape nicely all the way down. I was worried before they arrived that the waistband might be too flimsy to hold the pants up for repeated wearings but it is very sturdy. As for fit, I am 5'8", 135lbs and size M was perfect. Comfy but not baggy. In bare feet they fall just barely past the floor, and are perfect length with shoes or clogs on. I have only two suggestions for improvement. I think the tiny pockets are silly, either make them a functional size or don't bother at all. They clutter the line of waist and hip. Also, I would be first in line if you came out with these in a light color. It is true that this fabric is a magnet to dog fur, and as my dog is a light color, I would prefer to have these in a light color to hide the fur. Light grey or buff or some such color. Not bright white.

These pants are awesome, and I bought them on the advice of my younger sister who loves hers! The new bittersweet color is a great improvement on the previous cool-brown. However, these pants stretch considerably from their fit in the store, and between washes. I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs. I normally wear an 8 (or a medium when it is an 8-10). The medium on these fit me fine in the store, and in fact I wondered if I should get a large. Now, three weeks into ownership (and having worn them at least 1/2 of those days), the pants are stretched out enough that I wonder if I should have gotten a small. I have washed them 2-3 times; they do get a little tighter when you wash them. I am trying to decide if I will put them in the dryer some. I also hemmed a solid 2.5" on them. So -- if you feel like you are between sizes, I would not hesitate to order DOWN a size. Aside from sizing concerns, these are wonderful, wonderful pants. Super-comfortable, great fabric, and good for athletic pursuits where the wide-flare is ok. I bike commute on a bicycle with a full, European-style chainguard, and I feel very stylish pedaling down the street!

These pants are very comfortable for lounging about the house, but for me, not very useful to go in public or to exercise in. The fabric is soft and a bit stretchy, which is great. Though the fabric also is very easily snagged, and is a lint trap. The waist fits well and I love the two little flat front pockets, though the legs of the pants are quite wide - too flared to do any sort of exercise, in my opinion. In yoga and even hiking, I keep stepping on the flare bottom of the opposite leg, impossible to ride a bike with the Izzi.I purchased these pants for a long travel adventure, though I won't be bringing them primarily because of the lint trap issue and that I feel frumpy when I wear them.

LOVE these pants! Very comfortable and flattering. They look very stylish, but feel like I'm wearing pajamas or sweat pants. My husband always compliments me in these - says I look long and lean, and they have a very flattering "rear view" - they cling in the right places and not the wrong! I'm about 5'10", 150 lbs, and my waist tends to be small for my hip size. The Large is a great length for me (which might make them pretty long on others!)The waist sits comfortably under my belly button, and fits well, though it would be nice if there was also a drawstring as the waist seems to loosen up with more wearings (I wash my Ibex infrequently - maybe after 5-10 wearings!)The material is different than I thought it would be - it's a bit nubby, but nice. They are pretty durable - though I did play a hard game of basketball in them during lunch recess (I teach middle school)and took a skid on the floor in them and they got a bit of a "rug burn." However, it's hardly noticeable and doesn't seem to be affecting the integrity. I don't play in them anymore because they are too expensive and beloved to ruin!Got a second pair in a different color, and in the fall/winter would love to wear these everyday!Make sure they are flat when they dry, otherwise they take the form/wrinkles of how you dried it (we always air dry on a rack, don't know how a dryer would do.) Izzi pants travel well too; dirt wipes off easily; love, love, love them . . .

These pants are just the best! I have them in the charcoal grey and am about to splurge on another pair in black! They are elegant and flattering and so very comfy, not itchy at all. I like to let my washable wool dry naturally(no dryer action, they last longer!)but with these pants you need to be careful, the legs will strrrrrretch if they hang from something when wet! Maybe throw them in the dryer when they are still a bit damp....I love them and have a hard time wearing anything else(even if the inseam is a touch long AND I am 5'10, very tall women will love this feature).

We cook on a woodstove so polartec, etc. are a problem. Wool doesn't burn or melt. Don't like synthetics anyway. Wish you would make more stuff just with wool. Wool and Made in USA are the selling points for me. I was afraid that the waistband would be too low - exposed belly button not a look for me - but it falls just right below my waist. Would prefer the cut to still fit smooth around the hips but with a straight leg from hip to ankle. Useful pockets might be good too.
