This phone has every feature a person would ever need in a telephone. It has four bands for world wide use, has blue tooth, very advanced looks, metal key board, large screen, beautiful lit up kep board and screen, great ring tone. How they can sell this phone so cheap is way beyone understanding. I know a few years ago this was the "IT" phone and was very expensive when it first came out, my daughter just had to have one at any cost.

First, if you use web-based services, do alot of texting or picture taking, the phone devours the battery life fairly quickly, however, for regular calling the battery lasts according to specs. I recommend purchasing an additional battery for backup. Secondly, if you have large or plump fingers you may have difficulty dialing or entering text. In this case, I recommend purchasing a stylus. All in all, the phone is esthetically beautiful and definitely worth the purchase.

This phone was really durable I tried my hardest not to drop it or anything. Unfortunately I was sidetracked and it was left on top of my car. The phone fell and was beat up but, amazingly, still worked just as good as the day I first recieved it. Thank god I purchased the insurance, it was still working up until the day I recieved my new one.

I have never had a cell phone before. This phone is amazingly simple to navigate and fun to own. I use my cell to keep in contact with my friends and family when I am away from home. My RAZR fits easily into my purse, has a pleasant ring tone, is simple to use, and keeps me connected when I want to be connected. As I get used to having a cell phone, I am sure that I will have more to say.

I need to wear my phone on a lanyard (you know, around my neck) and so bought a snap-on cover with a lanyard ring at my local T-Mobile store. Unfortunately, the ring frequently gets in the way of both the camera lens and the flip hinge unless you get into the habit of always folding it out of the way.

I have always loved these phones, because of the compactibility and the large screen makes it easy to see what you are typing and the quality of the pictures it takes is excellent, too!! I would recommend this phone to anyone that is in the market for a cell phone.

Easy to teach my elderly parents how to use. Speaker phone useful for hard-of-hearing user. Difficult to open if you have big fingers.

This phone is super durable. Mine actually accidentally got run over by a car after skidding down the road and was hardly even scratched. Its bluetooth capabilities were indespensible as they sync'd effortlessly to my mac to relay contacts and calendar events in seconds.

I use the product for mostly calls and texting...The product is best for those that prefer to text because it lets you know if the message was sent or not. Hit or miss (maybe due to provider, unsure) when it comes to calls in certain cell reception areas because it cuts out often.

Lots of features that I'm sure are great that I don't even use. This pretty little phone suits all my purposes perfectly and was a lifesaver when my husband was in an out-of-town hospital last fall. I could get calls out from the hospital when no one else could.
