Purchased this card for my wifes computer. Her original graphics card had a fan on it that was failing. Decided to try a quality fanless graphics card and bought this one. Slipped right in and had her back up and running quickly. Her machines windows experience jumped from a 3.7 to a 5.0 as a result. She has had no problems since and likes to play games like Super Granny ect. Highly recommend this graphics card.

This card is a very good value for the money. It is not a power hog (doesn't need a separate power connector) and the passive heat sink makes no noise. However, that same heat sink is rather large and will probably cover the slot next to it on the motherboard. For that reason, I had to exchange this card for a different one because I needed that slot available.

Great Video Card for a Micro Case, it came with 2 low profile brackets. Can overclock card with msi afterburner, came with card. Also with good air flow in case stays cool, mine runs around 30c under normal use, checking email, surfing web, ect... Would def recommend this card to anyone who wants a good video card for the money, not the best for hi demanding games..

If you need a low profile (or even one that is not low profile) video card and a very reasonable price, you can't go wrong with the MSI R5450-MD512H Radeon HD 5450. Totally silent (no fan, just a good sized heatsink) and the DVI, HDMI and VGA outputs makes it very versatile. Trivial to overclock as well. Perfect for a budget HTPC build.

stuck this in C-521 along with a blu-ray drive; and the performance is incredible. you have to remove the d-sub connection for the card to be a true low-profile (30 sec job). not using the system for gaming, so I can't comment on it's performance, but all three of my other systems (2 desk, one laptop) have ATI cards.

I purchased this card to upgrade from a Geforce 8400. While it is fast, it isn't as fast as I would like. I use my graphics cards to contribute to BOINC computations just as much as gaming or watching video. This card supports AMD APP for this purpose. The advantages are that I can watch Netflix streaming while running the GPU in BOINC which is an improvement over my last card. However, BOINC projects that I'm interested in don't use ATI cards. I can also play Plants vs. Zombies while running BOINC which was impossible before. I would just like faster APP computation. The quality of this card is good, the DDR3 is fast, HDMI and HD features are nice. However, it's still an entry-level card, so don't expect to shatter benchmarks.

it's a good card it can do anything i want to do. You couldn't beat the price and the features for it you can over clock really easy to keep cool it stay around 40C. But it has frozen once or twice it just might be my cheap comp or the card.

I've needed a graphics card with HDMI but couldn't afford the usual high price until this company offered this one. Good things DO come to those who wait! Easy installation and it simply works the way it should. Thank you!

I needed to upgrade my video to play and edit 1080i home videos on my hi-def camcorder. I mostly use ATI-based graphic cards because I have had good performance from them and this was no exception especially for the price.
